Clean Genealogy & Group 2 Lines

All our cats come from traditional Siberian lines. This means they descend from Siberians that have not been mixed with Neva Masquerade (colourpoint) lines. The term “clean” refers specifically to the absence of this crossbreeding, not to any judgment of quality.

Our cats are classified as Group 2 within the traditional Siberian framework, meaning they have a clean pedigree with no Neva Masquerade ancestors, going back at least three generations.

This is important to us because it helps preserve the original characteristics of the Siberian breed, both in terms of type and temperament. It also contributes to responsible diversity within the breed and gives clarity when planning future pairings.

We’re happy to share full pedigrees and genetic testing results on request.

At Ammorina, we breed quality Siberian cats considerately and selectively, prioritising health, type, and good character. Our cats live in the centre of our home and their kittens are raised with plenty of attention, around the hustle and bustle of daily life, helping them grow into confident, sociable companions.

We focus on traditional lines and pairings that produce emotionally steady, well-adjusted cats, with the kind of temperaments that make them a joy to live with and give them the best possible start in life with regards to health and longevity.

We don’t produce many litters, and we place our kittens only in homes where they’ll be understood, loved and well cared for.
